Refund Policy

When you can get your money back from Wardio, how, and how long it takes. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used. This document is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

Try before you pay

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with every feature enabled and no payment method on file. Nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan, so the trial is the first and best way to make sure the service fits before any money changes hands.

First payment guarantee

If the service does not work as described, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. We may ask what went wrong so we can fix it, but we will not make you argue for it.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not refunded as a rule, because you can cancel in one click from inside the product at any time before the renewal date and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. We make two exceptions.

  • A renewal charged within 7 days of your request, where the service was not used in the new period, is refunded in full.
  • A duplicate charge, or a charge for a plan you did not choose, is refunded in full whenever you tell us.

What is not refunded

Three things, all of them choices you have already made use of.

  • Partial periods after a cancellation part-way through a month or year.
  • Usage-based add-ons, credits or seats that were consumed.
  • Accounts closed for breach of the Terms of Service.

Your statutory rights

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and consumers in Israel have cancellation rights for distance contracts. This service is sold to businesses, so those rights will usually not apply, but where they do apply nothing in this policy reduces them.

How to ask

Email the address on the footer of this site from the email on your account, with the invoice number from your Paddle receipt. We answer within 2 working days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Where local tax was charged it is refunded together with the price.

Who this policy binds

The operator is Tomer Polat, trading as Tomaso Tech, a sole proprietorship registered in Israel, Derech Ben Gurion 136, Bat Yam, Israel. Paddle processes the refund on our instruction; disputes about the payment itself may also be raised with Paddle directly under its buyer terms.
