Budget and spend

The checks that catch money leaving faster than it should, or leaving for nothing at all. These are the ones that pay for the subscription in the first month.

• Daily budget changed by an unusual amount, including changes made outside working hours
• Spend pace ahead of the monthly plan, projected to the end of the month
• Campaign spending with zero conversions past the safety threshold
• Duplicate campaigns competing for the same audience and inflating cost

Tracking and measurement

A break in tracking is worse than a bad campaign, because every conclusion after it may be wrong. Wardio flags the signals it can verify on the next completed check.

• Pixel missing from a page that ads point to
• Conversion count collapsing while clicks hold steady, the signature of a tracking fault
• Attribution window or event mapping changed since the last check

Creative and performance

Fatigue is gradual, which is exactly why an average hides it. Wardio compares each creative against its own earlier performance instead of against the account average.

What each finding contains

The finding names the account and affected entity, shows the metric that moved, explains why it was flagged and gives the next manual check. Wardio does not execute rules today.

Reports you can send onward

A weekly email per account covering what Wardio found and what remains open. It is designed to be read quickly, without pretending that Wardio made changes it cannot make.

How access works

During beta, connection is handled by a human after a request inside Wardio. Read-only access is enough for every check. Stored access tokens are encrypted, and disconnecting deletes the stored token and collected account data.
